UK 1978. Which of the 5 shows this is from is unknown. Photographer is also unknown. Interesting top Freddie has on. Never seen it before. Nice one.
Here's one from the 1975 US tour, another outfit I've never seen elsewhere (posted by one of those internet carrot danglers who wouldn't dare be kind and post an actual proper scan if their life depended on it):

Great shot from the ANATO tour of the three of them at stage left (from one of those auction websites).
Surely this kind of thing never happened after 76. Deacon always stayed stage right after this.

Maybe it is taken from ANATO Tour 75, pay attention to this Brian costume, it isn't present in 76 tour (from available photos)

Bang on - good observation.
This is from the run of five Hammersmith shows (Nov 29 to Dec 3, 1975).

Is this really 1972? Did they have those outfits at that time? To me, it looks more like it could be from the Queen II UK Tour. Then again, there aren't many actual pics of the band before 1973 so I have no idea what they would have worn around 1972.

This is more of a solo member pic, but it's my favorite nonetheless, especially the 2nd pic. This is Brian with the late great George Harrison and George playing the Guild Red Special as a bonus.

This is an intense live photo. I'd question whether that's from a rehearsal / soundcheck, not a show. Freddie's got jeans on, and the vest is way too plain.

Early 80s. Never seen this one before. Where and when was this taken?
The combination of Brian's tie and John's knitted garment looked familiar, but I can't remember where from.

In the early 80s Mercury dressed pretty plainly at times. This is Milwaukee 80: A far cry from two years earlier (Rotterdam 78). Hard to believe it's the same guy:

King’s College’s stages are a lot bigger than that, and that stage looks just like the Friar’s Club one. John doesn’t have a Rickenbacker, which was allegedly used up until December 20th, 1972, and another giveaway is that another photo of this show shows that the drums have the Queen crest on it, if you look really hard at the photo (it’s not very visible due to the high exposure), which wouldn’t be on a kit until the Queen I tour. Sorry the image is so small:

This is an interesting photo. It’s definitely 1973 - 1974, but I’ve never seen Freddie wear that white suit in Queen I or Queen II. It might be a Marquee show, because Freddie is seen wearing that suit in the Marquee, but nowhere else from that show beyond. Could it be Marquee ‘73? Or a show sometime before Imperial College (Oct 26, 1973)? It could also be from a Queen II show previously identified as unphotographed. John’s suit definitely makes this a Queen II show though.. I couldn’t put the photo on for some reason, it kept disappearing, but here is a link, my apologies: ibb.co/BGZNL2b

Freddie and Brian's outfits in the early days sure had a lot of fabric. No wonder Freddie retired those and opted for leotards and ballet slippers. Love him in that orange and green harlequin.
The Real Wizard, it IS hard to believe it's the same Freddie. His looks and persona totally changed once the new decade started (1980).

When you think about, he went from "Good evening my darlings. You lovely load of tarts" to "How are you bunch of cocks?!"

This is Japan. I've seen it a few weeks ago. Can't remember now what the circumstances were.
