Are you ready? Jesus, Some Day One Day, Now I´m Here, In The Lap Of The Gods, Seaside Rendezvous, Lazin On A Sunday Afternoon, Bring Back That Leroy Brown, Get Down Make Love, Mustapha, Bicycle Race, Cool Cat, Body Language, Man On The Prowl, Delilah, I´m Going Slightly Mad, Lost Opportunity Not a big fan of that bloke with the moustache, uh? not strictly true though. only 3 of 16 songs above are sung by a "facially hirsute" Freddie. A more accurate comment might have been: Not a big fan of that bloke with the overbite, uh?

To be honest a lot of the chat even here is a bit far down the rabbithole for me. I feel like there are a lot of people who have been here & other forums a long time and it's not always easy not to tread on toes. Which I don't want to do. Unless people step to Mad The Swine obviously. Fair comment. Words alone can come across not quite as intended on a forum, which is where the smilies can come in handy. 😉 If you want to join in and get to know a few people, perhaps have a look at the more informal threads? We don't usually bite. 😁 queenchat.boards.net/board/72/lists-favourites-top-10s-etc

I imagine the majority of fans would opt for 'Soul Brother' but I reckon 'A Human Body' is the best B-side Queen released. It deserves a place on The Game in place of 'Don't Try Suicide', although that makes the album very Roger-heavy - shows what amazing form he was in at the time. Alternatively, you could put 'Good Times Are Now' on The Game and leave 'A Human Body' as a Roger solo track on his own album. Either way, of all Queen's 'original' B-sides, I think this is the one which deserves more than being tucked away on a single's flipside. A Human Body is one of my favorite Queen tracks. The vocoder part always reminds me of ELO. I was glad when this got a cd release because my vinyl was pretty worn.

Very hard to choose, but I never skip these 3 tracks: "See What A Fool I've Been" (I love the atmosphere of the song), "I Go Crazy" (always fun) and "Hijack My Heart" (great vocals and drum/percussion).

I don't mind admitting it but Hijack My Heart is one of my favourite Queen songs full stop. It also features one of my favourite Brian solos on any song. I've always wondered if the song was recorded primarily by Roger with some input from Brian...

I just remembered this thread!
I feel like closing the poll, but perhaps if we can get to 300 votes / 150 voters, we might get a clearer winner... kind of. Keep in mind you can choose up to three tracks; many users haven't done that.
Either way, the top two tracks are clearly ahead of the rest. This could be the last stretch to the third place.
As for the least favorite tracks, the second to last place could change as well. Hmmm.

Ah I’ve come to appreciate Rain Must Fall over the years. It’s no great shakes compared to the Big Five on The Miracle (plus Was It All Worth It), but it’s a solid album track that’s fun, breezy, and playful. For me, Brian’s guitar work on the song alone redeems it from being barely listenable filler to a halfway decent album track, similar to some of the other “margin” tracks from past albums; I’m reminded specifically of Who Needs You, another “filler” track that’s fun, breezy, and playful. No such thing as a filler track, we all have our favorites and least favorites and opinions on what filler Is differs. I think John wrote Rain Must Fall with Freddie In mind. It's his Show Must Go On and Old Friends. I could be wrong, but that's what I hear. Nice vocal and guitar work on that track. My favorite b sides are See What A fool I've been, it's better than Loser In The end, I Go Crazy, Mad The Swine.

I just wanted to use that line...

I used to think they’re filler but I don’t anymore. I thought I made that pretty clear? Always fun to get a notification of a response to a throwaway (filler) comment I wrote 9 months ago…

Genuinely surprised that See What A Fool I've Been isn't winning by a landslide. That song is an absolute masterpiece.
