A video about Brian May's equipment to be used on his US tour this fall is available. youtu.be/5jcOPevLpTo?si=RR5P77i1-75xDTT4At 16:50, a KAT switcher that Brian May has been using for years is shown." One Vision" and "Stone Cold Crazy" switches can be seen, which may be helpful in predicting the set list. If they add "These Are The Days Of Our Lives" and "A Kind Of Magic" to the list, It may be similar to the 2015 set list. That switching system has some presets used on some songs. They have remained in place for a number of years and really don’t point to any of those songs being included. Although we can be sure that a number of them will be included.

The new arrangement for the European leg last year had been a show stealer. Also Brian loves his toy op mich to not use it again. 😁 I just had to go and watch it again. 😁 I found this excellent video from Munich. It’s filmed from further in the back, so you can see almost all the visual effects very well. Most of these are missed when you‘re standing closer (I was there, but close to the stage). But beware: If you have tickets for the upcoming tour and haven’t see AKOM from 2022, you will be spoiled!

I can't see them dropping that.

Aside from Brian's toy, AKOM was one of the most spectacular parts of the show. I can't see them dropping that. Indeed. And it became better every time I saw it live. The first time was from a very special seat on stage. I was able to watch the band closely, but of course I missed most of the visual effects. I loved it from both points of view. But since somebody had asked before, this is a good example to compare the view from stage to the view from the audience. These are my video from London last year. First one from the stage, second one from the front row the next night: My question: To me it sounds as if it’s Freddie’s voice singing „It’s a kind of Magic“ in between when Adam is singing the first verses? And Roger, Tyler and Neil join in, when Roger used to join in?

Will any concerts be available for live streaming?

Will any concerts be available for live streaming? People in the Queen community on X (Twitter) always enjoyed the informal streaming from the venue. Again, there are plans for unofficial streaming of some of the performances, but I cannot decide if it is appropriate to share how to watch them or links to them in this thread.

I don't think we could have direct links to unofficial live streaming, but if they were on YouTube afterwards that should be OK for as long as YouTube allow them.

No, we don't want them here please.

I thought the tour started yesterday, so I looked on setlist.fm this morning and saw that (what I thought) the most recent setlist posted was the same from the last tour. I was wondering why no one was getting up in arms about it here, and when I saw on Instagram that TONIGHT is the first night, I looked again and realized that I actually looked at Finland’s setlist from last July…
Coffee, folks—I can’t recommend it enough, especially for doing the most basic of tasks, like reading and reading comprehension.

Cheers! It happens to the best of us! As for the setlist: Brian wrote yesterday, that he personally calls this new tour the „Back To Humans-Tour“. We would soon see why and that it would be the best tour ever, if it all works as planned. link: www.instagram.com/reel/Cx9jNsnMPRY/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==What could he mean? My obvious guesses would be that they put „Machines / Back To Humans“ back into the setlist and also „Is This The World We Created“. Another idea would be that they include a part with an avatar-like Freddie. But I doubt that.

I personally expect a set list that feels different from the previous Rhapsody Tour, that doesn’t mean that there’s going to be a huge change in what is played, but a different order, one or two different arrangements and 2 or 3 different songs could make things feel different.
The production is very video based, one central screen 4 mobile screens and the large curved downstage screen which probably will still be used. What the screens are used for could be different to last time and therefore give the production a very different visual impact.
This could be what Brian has been referring too.

Hammer To Fall and Tear It Up could well be played, given the previous trends, and it would be interesting to see a set list that would make people aware of the anniversary of The Works album. All along, I have always wanted Adam to sing It's a Hard Life.

^^^^ If you’re talking about The Works. . . I guess if you take out Man On The Prowl and Keep Passing The Open Windows they could potentially play the rest of the album as a centre piece to the show!

Likely gonna miss all the races and just wait for doors to the show to open so I can get as close as possible. Doubt I'll ever get a chance to get that close to Brian ever again. I know literally every venue in Austin, but I've never been to an F1 race, so I have no idea how anything works.

Okay, that opener was a big surprise. Without seeing how they did that, I can’t say, if I like it.

Would love Man on the Prowl (A good chance to feature Spike!) or It's a Hard Life. Was also super surprised that they used Machines for the 2019 North America tour

For the past few days, I have been trying very hard to predict today's setlist while studying the setlists of past tours, but it has become ridiculous that I was so serious in my predictions. Of course, this is meant to be positive. They always keep me entertained 🥰.
