Just from the trailer alone I can tell it would have been fascinating. Love the sound effects his guitar makes. I wonder what happened to the project. I still think the same. It sounds fascinating. Back in 2014 Rainbow, Forever (when it was supposed to be something g different... ) along with this soundtrack were the things, I was expecting. |

Brian is planning to re-release Back To The Light next year in Spring! All his solo work should be re-republished too!
He has written this in the latest fan club letter.

For a long time it hasn’t been available. It’s quite tricky under lockdown - but it will soon be ready - all remastered and polished and with a nice little package of bonus tracks. DRIVEN BY YOU was my very first solo HIT single - originally inspired by writing an ad for Ford motor cars - strange how life happens. From cars and speed and road trips it became a love song. And one that still resonates with me. |

I hope that The Starfleet Project is going to be remastered too! While I read the OP of this thread I thought that Star Fleet Project would make a great choice for bonus tracks for the BTTL re-release. Not to mention the bonus tracks that were on the N. American and Japanese issues of the original CD:

Looking forward to a remastered version of BTTL, but I dont` think there will be any new stuff. Bonus tracks will probably be some of the tracks already mentioned. Hope I`m wrong because I love Brian`s solo work.

A good release could be CD 1 with the album + single versions. A 2nd CD with demos y other versions and finally the Brixton DVD.
That concert was remastered. I can´t see a better ocassion for a proper release...Obviously QPL will have other point of view for sure XDDD

The super deluxe edition has a Hot Wheels version of the Escort – same material, you just get a little car.
Also, this is promising, but I'll believe it when I see it, whether I'm holding it in my hands or, more likely, streaming it from Apple Music (which I can't do at the moment).
