Far too many cooks, rushed production and the sound levels are all over the place.
It's a case of trying to fit far too many people into the video so you get pop up heads singing out of key where they've been asked to do something on the spot.

I see what you're saying but it was never intended to be a studio-quality production, it was a get well soon message.
If it ends up on the album, they'll obviously produce it to a higher standard.

I'm guessing you're a newbie as your cynicism clearly isn't developed enough yet ;-) Newbie? I've been on Queenzone since 1999 or something. That whole post was ofcourse cynical. I'm sure we'll get a 2-CD remaster with the original DBY replaced by the Cozy version and some guitar versions/single edits on the 2nd disc. All for a premium price ofcourse. |

As expected, nothing previously unreleased. No specific mention of the Cozy version of DBY, but hopefully the 2021 version will be that. I wonder if the second disc are just remasters or could they have been tweaked in any other ways?
Do we know if this is the official announcement? What is the source?

Ah, the collector's edition box-set! I like that you can see the full picture inside box (from which cover is a crop). I don't think I've seen that full image before? Or maybe previously on insert? However, only real excitement was the enamel badge - but then I saw "the enamel badge." Oh well at least it'll be available digitally and be interesting to hear what Bob Ludwig has done with original tracks. Shame we have to wait until August though. Also nothing mentioned about the new video with Simon Lupton rumoured recently. |

Interestingly the Amazon listings say 'TBC', so I guess they're waiting for the official announcement. Not a bad price at £10.99, but as expected this could have been better.
